A sandwich production company in South London asked us to design and then install a complete production facility in its new 20,000ft2 unit.
The facility includes 12 rooms from chillers, freezers, production, dispatch, changing and storage. We worked with the client to maximise the space and provided AutoCAD drawings every step of the way to show the production flow and how the facility would work with over 50 staff on the production line. The installation took place over a 2 month period and included 9 remote refrigeration systems, insulated freezer floors, sliding doors, personnel doors and a centralised control panel with remote data logging capabilities.
