A restaurant in Mayfair, Central London required a suite of 8 cold rooms for their new kitchen
Price Cooling Services were there from the start on this project to design and install the cold rooms which required a considerable amount of technical detail and time. Due to planning regulations the 8 cold rooms which included freezers, chillers and a wine room could only run from 2 condensing units. We designed 2 systems which interlaced all of the pipe work and temperature ranges to achieve the required specification. The rooms and equipment were installed as part of the kitchen fit out with our side of the project taking 2 weeks.
