A company in West London required a cold room and refrigeration that would allow temperature control down to 12 degrees in their production area where they prepare fresh fish to store and distribute throughout the south east.
The cold room has two sliding doors with one side for dispatch and the other through to the production facility.
The production area is required to be at 12 degrees all year round whilst the fish is prepared and this was achieved by installing two low temperature air-conditioning cassettes to the area with remote condensing units.
